Remanufactured and Rebuilt Machines

1. We sell used roll formers which are usually rebuilt or remanufactured and many times are tooled turn key to produce your parts.
   The roll forming system could utilize several new parts, drives, controls, cutoffs, etc.
   Each application is analyzed and quoted for the maximum production rate. Fast change over between parts can be addressed if this is desirable.
2. In certain cases we might be quoting a rebuilt induction hardener, for example, if this is what you want.
3. Many times the machine may not be rebuilt because it is not needed or the cost of rebuilding is too expensive but a specific area might be replaced for example, like an electric motor or a hydraulic pump.
4. A rebuilt machine usually has a 12 month parts warranty.
